UTILIZZO
Inserire la spina nella presa di corrente e fate funzionare l‟apparecchio mettendo
l‟interruttore sulla posizione «1» (avvio) e regolare il termostato alla temperatura
desiderata. La spia luminosa di funzionamento (13) e quella di controllo (14) si
accendono. Quando si raggiunge la temperatura desiderata , la spia di controllo (14) si
spegne. Quando la temperatura si abbassa, il termostato si riavvia e la spia si accende
nuovamente, e così via.
Mettere il coperchio sull'apparecchio. Il coperchio è munito di filtri che riducono odori e
fumo.
Una volta raggiunta la temperatura impostata, togliete il coperchio, sollevate il cestello
dall‟olio aiutandovi con l‟impugnatura ed agganciatelo sul bordo del contenitore.
Mettere il cibo nel cestello e poi immergerlo nell‟olio. Rimettete il coperchio.
Controllate lo stato di cottura attraverso la finestrella. Quando il cibo sarà cotto, togliete il
coperchio e rimontate il cestello, lasciate sgocciolare il cibo sia mantenendo il cestello da
sotto il contenitore sia avvicinandolo al bordo del contenitore. Fate attenzione quando
aprite il coperchio poiché potrebbe uscire improvvisamente del vapore ad elevate
temperature che potrebbe causare scottature.
Assicurarsi che il cibo sia ben cotto dentro e fuori.
Dopo l‟uso, posizionare il termostato sulla posizione più bassa, mettete l‟interruttore sulla
posizione “0” (stop) e staccare la spina dalla presa di corrente. Non maneggiate
l‟apparecchio prima che l‟olio o il grasso si siano totalmente raffreddati.
PER MIGLIORI RISULTATI
Asciugare bene il cibo prima di metterlo nella friggitrice. Se il cibo è troppo umido
possono esserci schizzi di olio bollente ed eventualmente farlo fuoriuscire.
Il cibo dovrebbe essere tagliato in pezzi con dimensioni uguali per una cottura uniforme.
Alcuni cibi possono essere impanati o ricoperti di pasta per friggere.
Prima di mettere il cibo nel cestello, attendete che il preriscaldamento sia terminato e che
la spia luminosa si spenga.
Non riempire troppo il cestello. Se il vostro cestello è stato riempito troppo, la frittura
fuoriuscirà durante la cottura.
ATTENZIONE : La friggitrice è munita di un sistema di sicurezza che blocca l‟apparecchio se si
surriscalda accidentalmente( per esempio in caso di guasto del termostato o di
funzionamento senz‟olio o grassi solidi). Qualora ciò succedesse, innanzitutto mettete
l‟interruttore sulla posizione”0” poi staccate la presa della corrente.
Attendere allora che la friggitrice si sia raffreddata ( circa 15 minuti ) . Riavviate il pulsante
reset inserendo un oggetto appuntito in fondo all‟orificio indicato dalla parola RESET dietro il
pannello di controllo.
L'apparecchio è nuovamente pronto per l'uso. Per evitare che tale situazione si verifichi di
nuovo, leggere attentamente le istruzioni prima di utilizzare l'apparecchio.
RICETTE
Patatine fritte
Si raccomanda di cuocere le patatine in due tempi.
Usate delle vecchie patate (non nuove). Tagliarle in pezzi di uguali dimensioni. Sciacquare
i pezzi sotto l‟acqua per toglierne l‟amido. Asciugateli bene.
