and folded in order to obtain a booklet A5 (+/- 148.5 mm
width x 210 mm height). When folding, make sure you
keep the good numbering when you turn the pages of
the I/B. Don‟t change the page numbering. Keep the

PRIMA DELL’USO
Quando la friggitrice è nuova, il coperchio si apre facilmente. Dopo circa 10/15 volte, il
meccanismo diventa più lento.
Togliere l‟imballaggio dall‟apparecchio e dai suoi accessori.
Si raccomanda di pulire bene la friggitrice e tutti gli accessori prima del primo uso. Pulierre
il coperchio e la parete esterna con un panno umido e lavare la vaschetta, il cesto e la
maniglia con un panno morbido e umido e acqua calda saponosa. Questa operazione
toglierà tutti gli eventuali residui di fabbricazione (vedi paragrafo “Pulizia”).
Agganciare la maniglia al cestino premendola prima di posizionarlo nella friggitrice.
SMONTAGGIO DELLA FRIGGITRICE
Posizionare la friggitrice su una superficie orizzontale e secca.
Aprire il coperchio tramite l‟apposito bottone.
Togliere il cestello.
Anche la vaschetta è smontabile, per facilitarne la pulizia. Attenzione: attendete che l'olio
o il grasso di cottura si sia raffreddato completamente prima di togliere la vaschetta per
vuotarla. Se usate il grasso, munitevi di una spatola di plastica o di legno per eliminarlo
dalla vaschetta senza rovinarne il rivestimento.
MONTAGGIO DELLA FRIGGITRICE
Porre l‟apparecchio su una superficia orizzontale e asciutta.
Collocare correttamente la vaschetta nell‟apparecchio. Se la vaschetta è mal collocata,
l‟apparecchio non funzionerà correttamente.
Inserire il cestello nella vaschetta.
PRIMO USO
Quando si usa l‟apparecchio per la prima volta, versare la quantità desiderata di olio
nella vaschetta.
Se si vogliono utilizzare grassi solidi, tagliarli a pezzetti e metterli nella vaschetta.
Posizionare la manopola della temperatura sul minimo e accendere l‟apparecchio con il
term. Ogni volta che la spia si spegne, aumentare leggermente la temperatura, fino a
quando tutto il grasso si sarà sciolto. A questo punto porre il termostato sulla temperatura
desiderata. Fare attenzione perché questo tipo di grasso si solidifica quando la
temperatura si abbassa. ATTENZIONE : IL MANCATO RISPETTO DI QUESTA DISPOSIZIONE PUÒ
DANNEGGIARE GRAVEMENTE LA VOSTRA FRIGGITRICE.
PRERISCALDAMENTO
Accendere la friggitrice e regolare il termostato sulla temperatura desiderata.
Attendere circa 10- 15 minuti affinché l‟olio raggiunga la temperatura corretta.
In questi minuti la spia si accenderà e si spegnerà più volte.
Con un buon preriscaldamento dell‟olio si otterranno fritture croccanti e dorate.
