Copies of the I/B. Please reproduce them without any
changes except under special instruction from Team
International BELGIUM. The pages must be reproduced
and folded in order to obtain a booklet A5 (+/- 148.5 mm
width x 210 mm height). When folding, make sure you
keep the good numbering when you turn the pages of
the I/B. Don’t change the page numbering. Keep the

8. Piazzare poi il proprio coperchio sulla brocca (F) in modo che l’apertura sia orientata
verso il beccuccio della brocca (fig.7).
9. Assicurarsi che il serbatoio di raccolta (E) sia piazzato (fig.8). Mettere la brocca sotto il
portafiltro (I). Verificare che l’orificio del portafiltro si posizioni nell’apertura del coperchio
della brocca (fig.9).
10. Adesso, può fare il caffè espresso. Piazzare l’interruttore in posizione (caffè). Le spie
luminose (L) si accendono per indicare che l’apparecchio sta funzionando.
11. Dopo circa 2 minuti, l’acqua giunge alla temperatura adeguata e scorre nella brocca
attraverso il caffè macinato.
12. Una volta l’espresso terminato, piazzare l’interruttore in posizione OFF. Le spie luminose (L)
si spengono, indicando che l’apparecchio è spento.
13. Prima di staccare il portafiltro (I) per pulirlo, verificare che non ci sia più pressione nel
serbatoio, rispettando le raccomandazioni del paragrafo “PRECAUZIONI PARTICOLARI PER
L’USO DI VAPORE SOTTO PRESSIONE”.
Precauzioni
Stare attenti quando si toglie il portafiltro (I): le parte in metallo potrebbero essere ancora
calde. Per togliere il portafiltro, girarlo verso sinistra e superare la zona di chiusura fino a che il
portafiltro si stacchi dall’apparecchio.
Attenzione: assicurarsi prima che il serbatoio sia vuoto e che non ci sia più vapore sotto
pressione.
Togliere il portafiltro (I). Mettere la valvola di bloccaggio del filtro in posizione (perché il filtro
non cada) e vuotare il caffè macinato usato dal filtro (J).
PREPARAZIONE DEL CAPPUCCINO
1. Prima di tutto, preparare un caffè come descritto precedentemente per il caffè espresso.
Quindi, riempire la brocca (F) con la stessa quantità d’acqua requisita per ottenere un
caffè espresso, e aggiungere un’ulteriore quantità d’acqua che servirà per fare spumare
il latte (cfr. pa ragrafo “Indicazioni di misure”).
2. Riempire un terzo o la metà di un piccolo recipiente di latte intero, freddo.
3. Per fare un caffè espresso, metter l’interruttore (C) in posizione (caffè).
4. Quando il caffè espresso è pronto, mettere l’interruttore in pozione OFF.
5. Per fare spumare il latte, mettere il recipiente con il latte sotto il beccuccio del vapore (K),
immergere il beccuccio nel latte e mettere l’interruttore (C) in posizione te circa 45-
60 secondi, secondo la quantità di schiuma desiderata e del tipo di latte utilizzato. Per
ottenere una schiuma untuosa, immergere il beccuccio (K) di circa 3 cm nel latte e levare
e abbassare il recipiente senza immergere il beccuccio di più di 3 cm. Evitare di portare il
latte ad ebollizione. Attenzione: il beccuccio del vapore no deve toccare il fondo del
recipiente, perché questo potrebbe disturbare il flusso di vapore.
6. Una volta ottenuta la schiuma, fermare il motore mettendo l’interruttore (C) in posizione
OFF.
7. Versare il caffè espresso nelle tazze e aggiungere la schiuma del latte sul caffè con un
cucchiaio.
FUNZIONE VAPORE
Se si vuole fare spumare latte, riempire d’acqua la brocca dell’espresso fino al livello . Tale
quantità consentirà di ottenere vapore durante circa un minuto.
