PREPARAZIONE DEL CAFFE’ ESPRESSO


caffè macinato. Si estrae il cuore dai grani e si ricava il ben noto aroma. Il caffè espresso è
solitamente servito in piccole tazzine. Usare preferibilmente caffè con adeguata macinatura e
tostatura.
Mettere il disco per caffè cremosi (15) nella coppetta porta filtro (12). Tale disco è formato
da due parti, una in gomma e una in metallo, le quali devono essere montate in
precedenza.
Mettere il filtro (13) nella coppetta porta filro (12) (fig.4).
In funzione del numero di tazzine da preparare, mettere una o due misurini di caffè
espresso nel filtro (fig.5).
Premere il caffè con il cucchiaio (fig.6)
Mettere la coppetta porta-atura
sulla sinistra e controllare che la leva di bloccaggio sia il più lontano possibile dal filtro.
Inserire la coppetta porta-
bloccaggio (fig.6). Con questa operazione la coppetta (12) dovrà trovarsi nel centro

durante la preparazione vera e propria.
