Far scorrere insieme le lame fino a quando entrambe le parti in plastica rimangono
allineate.
Inserire le punte non affilate delle lame nella fenditura frontale dell'apparecchio. Fare
questa operazione con la massima cura a sicurezza, afferrando le apposite parti in
plastica tra il pollice e l'indice avendo i bordi taglienti seghettati delle lame rivolti verso il
basso e lontano da sé.
Spingere le due lame nella fenditura fino a quando non si sente lo scatto di posizionamento
di entrambe (figura 2). Se una lama scatta nella posizione di blocco prima dell'altra, far
scorrere ulteriormente la lama non messa nell’apparecchio, spingendo sulla parte in
plastica.
Inserire la spina in una presa da 230 Volt AC ed accendere l’apparecchio premendo
sull’interruttore (figura 3).
COME TOGLIERE LE LAME
Disinserire la spina del coltello dalla presa elettrica.
Afferrare le parti in plastica tenendo i bordi taglienti seghettati delle lame lontano da sé.
Premere l'apposito pulsante per lo sgancio delle lame situato sulla parte frontale
dell'apparecchio ed estrarre le lame dalla parte della punta (figura 4).
COME USARE IL COLTELLO ELETTRICO
Posizionare il coltello direttamente sul cibo da affettare. Il coltello inizierà a tagliare
premendo l’interruttore e si fermerà rilasciandolo.
Ora si deve semplicemente guidare il coltello. Non bisogna imprimere alcuna pressione:
lasciare solo lavorare il coltello.
Affettare verso il basso, o tagliare trasversalmente, come meglio si addice al cibo che si
sta tagliando.
Suggerimento: meglio tagliare su un'asse da tavolo per proteggere le lame ed evitare di
scalfire o scheggiare piatti in metallo.
ATTENZIONE: Per tagliare alimenti surgelati usare solo la lama apposita (per riconoscerla é
sufficente confrontare la dimenzione dei denti della lama, che devono essere più larghi di
quelli della lama tradizionale)
Non usare il coltello pr tagliare ossa, non é concepito per questo scopo.
COME AVERE CURA DEL COLTELLO ELETTRICO
Manico : Pulirlo con un panno pulito ed umido. Non immergere in acqua.
Lame : Lavarle come si usa fare per qualsiasi altro coltello.
Se si vuole lavare ogni lama indipendentemente, fare scorrere verso l’alto per farle uscire dalla
caviglia in metallo (figura 5).
NOTABENE : Il coltello elettrico non ha bisogno di alcuna lubrificazione.
