Controleer of er vreemde voorwerpen op de lasersensor zitten, en start de machine na reiniging
opnieuw op.
Fout 6: De lasersensor is abnor-
maal. Raadpleeg de gebruiksaanwi-
jzing of de APP.
Start het toestel opnieuw op na het reinigen.
Verwijder de rolborstel en maak de rolborstel, het verbindingsstuk van de rolborstel, het deksel van de
rolborstel en de stofzuigpoort schoon.
Fout 5: De rolborstel is abnormaal.
Raadpleeg de gebruiksaanwijzing of
de APP.
Maak de stofkast en het filter schoon, en start de machine opnieuw.
Controleer of er vreemde voorwerpen in de ventilatoropening vastzitten, en start de machine opnieuw.
Fout 4: De ventilator is abnormaal.
Raadpleeg de gebruiksaanwijzing
of de APP.
Controleer of de zijborstel met vreemde voorwerpen vastzit, en start de machine opnieuw op.
Fout 3: De zijborstelmodule is
abnormaal. Raadpleeg de gebruik-
saanwijzing of de APP.
Controleer of de wielen vastzitten met vreemde voorwerpen, en start de machine opnieuw.
Fout 2: De wielmodule is abnor-
maal. Raadpleeg de gebruiksaanwi-
jzing of de APP.
De temperatuur van de batterij is te hoog of te laag. Gebruik het apparaat niet totdat de batterij weer de
normale temperatuur heeft (0°C~40°C/32°~104°F).
Open het batterijvak en controleer of de batterij goed aangesloten is, en start het apparaat opnieuw.
Fout 1: De batterij is abnormaal.
Raadpleeg de gebruiksaanwijzing
of de APP.
OplossingSpraakaanwijzing
Als het hoofdapparaat defect is, knippert het rode controlelampje op het hoofdapparaat, en hoort u tegelijkerti-
jd de betreffende gesproken aanwijzingen. Als u de storing nog steeds niet volgens de aanwijzingen kunt
oplossen, neem dan contact op met onze after-sales service.
