1. ATTENTION: Listening to loud music, especially over a prolonged period of time, can
permanently damage the user’s hearing. Ensure that the volume is set to an audible
yet comfortable level.
2. Remove the battery from the MP3 player when it is not in use for a prolonged period
of time. This will prevent any damage caused by leakage or erosion of the battery.
3. Do not expose this device to extreme cold, dust or water.
4. Ensure that the player is unlocked before use.
5. Avoid dropping or heavy impacting of the device, especially against hard objects. This
could cause surface, battery or hardware damage.
6. Replace the battery in the following circumstances:
a) The battery indicator on the LCD display is showing “Empty Battery”.
b) The device shuts OFF automatically.
c) The buttons make no response, even after removing and reinstalling the same
battery.
7. To prevent static, do not use the device in a particularly dry environment.
8. Do not disconnect the device while it is being formatted or during uploading/
