Het apparaat moet geregeld ontkalkt worden. De intervals zijn afhankelijk van de hardheidsgraad van het gebruikte
water en de gebruiksfrequentie. Om de bedrijfsveiligheid van het apparaat te waarborgen, moet het apparaat ontkalkt
worden als er tekenen van kalkaanslag (zichtbare kalkaanslag, versterkte kookgeluiden, langere doorlooptijden)
vastgesteld worden. Gebruik voor het ontkalken een mengeling van azijn (geen essence) met water, in een
mengverhouding van 1:3.
• Vul het waterreservoir van het apparaat tot de maximum vulhoogte met de azijnoplossing en schakel het apparaat
in.
• Laat circa 1 kop azijnoplossing in de glaskan lopen en schakel het apparaat dan uit.
• Laat de resterende azijnoplossing gedurende circa 1 uur in het apparaat inwerken.
• Schakel het apparaat vervolgens terug aan en laat de rest van de azijnoplossing doorlopen en giet deze weg.
• Om het apparaat vervolgens door te spoelen, moet u de maximale vulhoeveelheid zuiver water 2 tot 3 keer door
het apparaat laten lopen.
