2. A kijavítást/kicserélést megfelelő határidőn belül, a fogyasztónak okozott jelentős
kényelmetlenség nélkül kell elvégezni. A kötelezettnek törekednie kell arra, hogy a
kijavítást/kicserélést legfeljebb 15 napon belül elvégezze. A kijavítás során a termékbe csak új
alkatrész kerülhet beépítésre.
3. A jótállás a fogyasztó törvényből eredő jogait nem érinti.
A jótállás nem
vonatkozik:
A termék mechanikai sérülésére és a vásárlást követően bejelentett hiányzó alkatrészekre.
(Átvételkor az értékesítés helyén az értékesítővel kell átnézni az árut, esetleges észrevételeket
írásban kell rögzíteni, és mindkét fél aláírásával igazolni.) Az áru átvételét követő mennyiségi és
minőségi kifogást nem fogadunk el! Hanyag árutovábbításból eredő sérülésekre. A termék
karbantartására vonatkozó szabályok be nem tartásából következő károkra (ld kezelési útmutató)
Nem szakszerű használatból eredő károkra.
Normál elhasználódásra, kopásra. A jótállás a termék javítására, illetve cseréjére vonatkozik. Ezen
túlmenő igények érvényesítését kizárjuk.
Hulladékkezelés
A készüléket életciklusa végén ne tegye a háztartási hulladékok közé, hanem adja le az
elektromos készülékek kijelölt gyűjtőhelyén az
újrahasznosítás érdekében. A terméken, kezelési útmutatón és a csomagoláson szereplő
piktogram erre utal. A készülék anyaga a jelzés szerint újrahasznosítható.
