Computerknoppen
Start
Met de START knop kunt u een programma starten.
In het begin menu zal een manueel programma starten zonder dat u hiervoor
enige informatie hoeft in te stellen. Het programma begint gewoon vanaf 00:00
en zal alle waarden optellen. U heeft de mogelijkheid om de snelheid en
hellingshoek handmatig aan te passen tijdens de training.
Enter/Mode:
Met behulp van de ENTER/MODE knop bevestigt u tijdens het selecteren en
instellen van een trainingsprogramma uw programmakeuze, geselecteerde
trainingsniveau en ingestelde trainingstijd.
Stop/Reset
Met de STOP/RESET knop kunt u een programma stoppen of het menu resetten
door de knop 3 seconden in te houden; tijdens het trainen kunt u de knop
indrukken om het programma te onderbreken. Wanneer u vervolgens weer op de
STOP/RESET knop drukt, zal de training hervat worden.
Speed
Met behulp van de SPEED knoppen verhoogt of verlaagt u de snelheid. U kunt
tijdens het trainen op elk moment de snelheid verhogen of verlagen. Bij het
instellen van de trainingsprogramma’s kunt u de SPEED knoppen gebruiken om
een programma te selecteren, een trainingsniveau in te stellen, een trainingstijd
in te stellen of andere gegevens in te stellen.
Incline
Met behulp van de INCLINE knoppen kunt u de hellingshoek van het loopvlak
