Stap 4. Hierna kunt u een trainingstijd instellen. Stel de gewenste trainingstijd in
met behulp van de SPEED knoppen en druk op de ENTER knop om de
ingestelde trainingstijd te bevestigen. Onthoudt dat in het programma al een
warming-up zit van 3 minuten.
Stap 5. Dan kunt u uw gewicht instellen met de SPEED knoppen. Druk hierna
op ENTER.
Stap 6. Hierna kunt u uw leeftijd instellen met de SPEED knoppen. Druk hierna
op ENTER.
Stap 7. Stel uw ideale hartslag in met de SPEED knoppen en druk hierna
nogmaals op de ENTER toets. (Zie de Engelse handleiding voor de ideale
trainingszone)
Stap 8. Druk op de start knop om uw programma te starten.
Interval HRC
Dit programma is ontwikkeld om uw uithoudingsvermogen te verhogen en het
herstellen van de hartslag te verbeteren.
U kunt uw specifieke lage hartslag (voor herstel) en hoge hartslag opgeven.
De computer zal u eerst 2 minuten in uw lage zone laten trainen en hierna de
weerstand (hellingshoek of snelheid) verhogen en u in uw hoge zone laten
trainen. Hierna zal hij de weerstand weer verlagen en u laten herstellen in uw
lage zone. Dit zal hij gedurende de gehele training herhalen. Geadviseerd wordt
om de training minimaal 20 minuten te laten duren!
Instellen Interval HRC
Stap 1. Houd de RESET knop ingedrukt om eventuele gegevens van het scherm
te wissen. Hierna zullen alle schermiconen kort worden afgebeeld en zal het
standaardmenu worden weergegeven.
Stap 2. Gebruik de SPEED knoppen om het HRC programma te selecteren
(deze komt na de 2 USER programma’s). De naam van het programma, H02,
loopt door het LCD scherm.
Stap 3. Hierna kunt ervoor kiezen om het programma adhv de automatische
hellingshoek of de snelheid te laten verlopen.
