Stap 1.
Houd de knop ingedrukt om eventuele gegevens van het scherm te wissen.
Hierna zullen alle schermiconen kort worden afgebeeld en zal het beginscherm
worden weergegeven.
Stap 2.
Gebruik de speed knoppen om een programma te selecteren. De naam van het
geselecteerde programma wordt weergegeven op het LCD scherm.
Stap 3
Druk op de mode knop om het geselecteerde programma te kiezen.
stap 4.
Druk op de mode knop om de tijd in te stellen. Gebruik hiervoor de speed
knoppen.
Stap 5:
Vervolgens kunt u het trainingslevel instellen. U kunt kiezen uit level 1 t/m 3
waarbij 1 de laagste trainingssnelheid heeft en level 3 de hoogste
trainingssnelheid.
Druk op mode op de trainingstijd in te stellen.
Stap 6
Wanneer u de gewenste tijd heeft ingesteld m.b.v. de speed knoppen, kunt u uw
training starten door op de start knop te drukken.
Stap 7.
Wanneer u tijdens het programma de snelheid of hellingshoek aan wilt passen
kunt u dat doen door de hiervoor bestemde knoppen op de computer te
gebruiken.
