Sostituzione della fune di avviamento

N Con un cacciavite o con una pinza
adatta espellere con cautela il
fermaglio (2) dall’asse
N sfilare con cautela il tamburo fune
con disco (3) e saltarelli (4)
La molla di recupero può scattare fuori –
pericolo di lesioni!
N facendo leva con un cacciavite,
togliere la fune dall’impugnatura
N rimuovere i residui di fune dal
tamburo e dall’impugnatura
N tirare una fune nuova dall’alto verso
il basso attraverso l’impugnatura e
la boccola guida fune (5) –
assicurarla con un nodo speciale
N tirare l’altra estremità della fune
attraverso il tamburo (6)
assicurandovela con un nodo
semplice
N inumidire il foro di supporto del
tamburo con olio privo di resina
N calzare il tamburo sull’asse,
girandolo un po’ a destra un po’ a
sinistra fino a innestare a scatto
l’asola della molla di recupero
N inserire di nuovo i saltarelli (4) nel
tamburo e innestare il disco (3)
sull’asse
N con un cacciavite o una pinza adatta
spingere la piattina fermamolla (2)
sull‘asse e sul perno dei saltarelli –
la piattina deve essere orientata in
senso orario – come in figura.
Messa in tensione della molla di
recupero
N Formare un’ansa con la fune di
avviamento svolta, e con essa fare
compiere al tamburo sei giri nel
senso della freccia
N tenere fermo il tamburo – estrarre la
fune attorcigliata e riordinarla
N rilasciare il tamburo
N cedere lentamente la fune, in modo
che si avvolga sul tamburo
