18.2.3 S-SERIE VERWIJDEREN VAN ACHTERWIEL
OPMERKING: Punten 1 en 2 en ook 7 en 8 gelden
alleen voor het rechterwiel en zijn niet nodig voor het
linkerwiel.
1. Verwijder de stoel (hoofdstuk 5.1).
2. Verwijder de accudeksel (hoofdstuk 5.3).
3. Gebruik een kleine kruiskopschroevendraaier om de
twee schroeven los te draaien die de naaf afdekplaat
bedekken en verwijder deze (Fig. 18.9)
4. Gebruik een 6mm inbussleutel om de bout los te
maken, maar verwijder deze nog niet (Fig. 18.10).
5. Til het achterwiel op door er een krik onder te zetten
op de hiertoe bestemde punten (Fig. 18.1).
6. Wanneer de scootmobiel is opgetild, plaatst u enkele
extra blokken om de stabiliteit te vergroten (Fig.
18 .11).
7. Maak met behulp van een 5mm inbussleutel de twee
schroeven los waarmee de remklauw is bevestigd
(Fig. 18.12).
8. Verwijder de remklauw (Fig. 18.13).
9. Gebruik een 6mm inbussleutel/schroevendraaier om
de bout te verwijderen of doe dit met de hand (Fig.
18 .14).
10. Haal het wiel van de conus-as af (Fig. 18.15).
11. Haal de aandrijfsleutel van de conus-as af (Fig.
18 .16).
12. In fig. 18.17 wordt het rechterachterwiel getoond.
18.3 VERWISSELEN VAN DE BINNENBANDEN (BIJ
ALLE WIELEN)
• Laat alle lucht uit het wiel lopen door met een kleine
schroevendraaier tegen het ventiel te drukken en in
het wiel te knijpen
• Gebruik een 6mm inbussleutel om de velgbouten los
te maken.
• Til de buitenste velg eraf.
• Til de band uit de binnenste velg.
• Houd de binnenband voorzichtig vast, achter het
ventiel.
• Haal de binnenband voorzichtig uit de band.
Terugplaatsen:
• Plaats de binnenband in de buitenband en laat deze
rusten op de buitenste rand.
• Plaats het ventiel in de uitsparing op de velg.
• Daarbij moet het ventiel naar buiten wijzen.
• Plaats de binnenring over de band, binnenband en
buitenring.
• Plaats daarbij de uitsparing voor het ventiel over het
ventiel. De uitsparingen in de binnen- en buitenring
en het ventiel moeten overeenkomen.
• Controleer of de moeren in lijn zijn op beide ringen.
• Draai de bouten gelijkmatig vast, waarbij u steeds
de bout tegenover een andere bout vastdraait.
Vervolgens gaat u rond om de velg vast op het wiel
te draaien en daarna draait u de bouten strak aan.
Let op dat u hierbij de band niet beschadigt.
• Pomp de band langzaam op tot de juiste spanning.
WAARSCHUWING!
• Gebruik geen hogedruk luchtpompsystemen, zoals
in garages worden gebruikt, om de banden van de
scootmobiel op te pompen.
• Gebruik altijd een nieuwe binnenband.
