Stupeň 1 stupeň na udržování teploty pokrmů
Stupeň 2 ryby/zelenina
Stupeň 3 stupeň pro šetrnou přípravu drůbeže, poté co
bylo maso na stupni 5 narychlo osmahnuto
Stupeň 4 zelenina
stupeň pro šetrnou přípravu masa, poté co toto bylo na stupni 5 opečeno
Stupeň 5 stupeň pro opékání drůbeže/mořských plodů/divočiny/světlého a tmavého
masa
Příprava ke grilování
Před grilováním byste měli desky lehce potřít olejem, tak se nechají grilované potraviny
při obracení lépe nadzdvihnout. Předtím, než položíte grilované potraviny na gril, gril cca
5 – 10 min. při plném výkonu zahřívat. Grilované potraviny by měly být před grilováním
kompletně rozmražené.
Grilovací desky nikdy nezakrývat alobalem, protože jinak nemůže být odváděno teplo
topného tělesa.
Na grilovací desce nikdy neřezat, protože by tím mohla být poškozena.
Čištění a ošetřování
· Po každém použití přístroj vyčistit.
· Přístroj nechat trochu ochladnout, ve vlažném stavu se nechá nejlépe čistit.
· Přístroj nikdy nenamáčejte do vody.
· Desky stlačením bočních pružin vyjmout a umýt je trochou mycího prostředku. Zatvrdlé
nečistoty potřete trochou oleje a nechte přístroj 5 minut stát. Poté desky ještě jednou
omyjte. Přístroj z vnější strany otřít vlhkým hadříkem. Nepoužívat žádné prostředky na
drhnutí. Při čištění nádoby na zachytávání tuku dbát na to, aby byla zde obsažená kapalina
chladná.
