Tilberedning:
De skal bruge 1 liter pasteuriseret mælk ( langtidsholdbar mælk) og et bæger natur-
jogurt eller højredrejende jogurtkulturer (Ferment) fra reformhuset. Opvarm mælken
i en stor gryde op til ca. 45°C og bland naturjogurten eller kulturen i. Fyld denne
blanding i de renvaskede bægre og luk låget på.
Modningstid:
Lad mælkeblandingen modnes i ca. 8 timer i apparatet. Jo længere jogurten modnes,
desto kraftigere bliver smagen. Et bæger af den færdige jogurt kan man igen bruge
som startkultur, men ikke mere end ca. 20 gange, da virkningen aftager med tiden.
Opbevar altid færdig jogurt i køleskabet.
Anvendelse:
Tilslut apparatet. Stil bægrene med mælkeblandingen ind i apparatet og læg låget
på.
Tryk „ON/OFF“-knappen og indstil tiden med timerknappen. Ved hvert enkelt tryk
på timerknappen lægges en ekstra time eller til tiden.
Ved længerevarende tryk er det hurtigt gennemløb (Maks. 15 timer).
Tiden lyser op på displayet.
Tryk derefter „Start“.
Når tiden er udløbet, lyder et kort signal.
Rengøring
Træk først stikket.
Dyb ikke apparatet net i vand og hæld ikke vand over det.
Apparatet tørres af med en fugtig klud.
Cups and Cuplids should be rinsed in hot water.
