Tilberedning af yoghurt
De skal bruge 1 liter pasteuriseret mælk ( langtidsholdbar mælk) og et bæger natur-
jogurt eller højredrejende jogurtkulturer (Ferment) fra reformhuset. Bland mælken,
som skal have stuetemperatur, sammen med den naturlige yoghurt eller kulturen i en
gryde. Denne blanding gives i den nyvaskede beholder.
Modningstid:
Lad mælkeblandingen modnes i ca. 8 timer i apparatet. Jo længere jogurten modnes,
desto kraftigere bliver smagen.
Jo koldere blandingen, jo længere tid skal der indstilles. Tjek konsistensen med en
ske og om nødvendigt øge tiden. Flyt ikke apparatet under modningstiden, ellers kan
yoghurten ikke blive fast. Et bæger af den færdige jogurt kan man igen bruge som
startkultur, men ikke mere end ca. 20 gange, da virkningen aftager med tiden. Op-
bevar altid færdig jogurt i køleskabet. Ingredienser som sukker, frugt eller aromaer,
bliver først tilføjet efterfølgende.
Vælg programmet „yoghurt“
Standardindstillingen er 8 timer og displayet viser „08H“. Med +/- knappen kann
tilberedningstiden individuelt fra 4 – 24 timer tilpasses

Med star knappen startes programmet
Efter udløb af tiden slukker apparatet automatisk og går i kølefunktion. I displayet
lyser „cool“. Kølingen kører konstant i 15 minutter indtil temperaturen på 8°C er
opnået. Efterfølgende holder apparatet temperaturen.
Flere funktioner
Kølefunktion
Når isen er færdig og maskinen ikke indstilles på ny, køler apparatet i ca. 1 time.
Derefter går den i standby.
Motorbeskyttelse
Hvis isen bliver for hård, kan motoren blokere. Motorbeskyttelsen slutter apparatet.
Blandingsfunktion
Med denne indstilling bliver ingredienserne blandet uden at blive kølet. Tiden kan
indstilles fra 5 til 60 minutter.
