Gefahr durch Spritzer!

Um Spritzer oder Überschäumen des Fettes zu vermeiden, was-

serarmes Frittiergut verwenden, gut abtrocknen, bei Tiefgefrore-

nem Eiskristalle abschütteln. Langsam ins Fett eintauchen.

Es kann sich während des Frittierens am Deckel Kondenswasser

bilden.

Das Wasser vor dem nächsten Frittiergang oder erneutem Schie-

ßen des Deckels unbedingt abwischen.

Kein Wasser in das heiße Fett geben.

Verbrennungsgefahr!

Reinigung und Pflege

∙ Bei jedem Fettwechsel sollte das Gerät gründlich gereinigt wer-

den.

∙ Vor dem Reinigen immer den Netzstecker ziehen und Thermo-

stat auf die Ausgangsposition stellen.

∙ Gerät auf Raumtemperatur abkühlen lassen.

∙ Das Elektroteil nicht in Wasser tauchen.

∙ Korb entfernen.

∙ Frittiertopf vorsichtig aus dem Gerät heben und das Fett in ei-

nen Topf umgießen. (Siehe Frittierfett reinigen).

∙ Topf, Deckel (vorher den Kohlefilter entnehmen) und Frittier-

korb können im warmen Wasser unter Zusatz handelsüblicher

Geschirrspülmittel gereinigt werden. Die Teile danach gut ab-

trocknen und sicherstellen, dass sich kein Wasser im Deckel be-

findet.

∙ Keine scharfen oder scheuernde Reinigungsmittel verwenden.

∙ Achtung: Heizelement nicht in Wasser tauchen! Die am Hei-

zelement montierten Temperaturfühler nicht verbiegen oder

beschädigen.

∙ Heizelement und Gehäuseoberfläche mit einem feuchten Tuch

abwischen

∙ Nach dem Reinigen das Gerät zusammensetzen und darauf

achten, dass das Heizelement einwandfrei eingehängt ist, da

sonst das Gerät nicht arbeitet.
