Рецепт для теста:
250 гр. муки
4 шт. яиц
50 гр. плавленого масла
500 мл. молока (или 250 мл молоко + 250 мл газированной воды)
соль
пряный запах (например, ром)
ванильный сахар
Тесто для блина требует меньше муки и больше жидкости. Молоко, яйца и муку
хорошенько смешать. Замешать жидкое и газированную воду, а затем замочить
тесто в течении как минимум 30 минут. С помощью влажного деревянного
приспособления для накатки тесто следует быстро тонким слоем распределить на
горячей плите.
Приготовление блина
С помощью кисточки смажьте слегка маслом плиту. Подайте небольшую
порцию теста на плиту и распределите его равномерно по плите посредством
вращательного движения.
При попадании теста на плиту иза разницы в температуре могут возникнуть
потрескивания, но они вовсе не опасны.
Запекайте блин до тех пор, пока поверхность перестанет быть жидкой. С помощью
лопатки блин следует оторвать от плиты и перевернуть.
