US – Saddle height / NL – Zadelhoggte:
US – Please note, that the SQlab saddles are approximately 1.5 to 3 cm higher due to the
elevated seating area.
NL – Omdat een SQlab zadel een iets hoger zitgedeelte heeft (ca. 1,5–3 cm) moet u
opletten dat zeker bij testritten de zadelhoogte aangepast wordt.
US – Saddle slope / NL – Zadelstand:
US – Begin by positioning the saddle nose horizontally or pointing slightly upward.
The nose can be sloped slightly upwards for increased comfort.
NL – De uitgangspositie is altijd horizontaal tot een licht naar boven gebogen zadelneus.
Echter om het comfort te verhogen is de stand met neus licht omhoog voor de zitbotjes
het meest comfortabel.
US – Saddle clamp / NL – Zadelklemming:
US – The saddle should never be pushed completely back in the saddle clamp as increased
leverage can damage the saddle rails. Please observe the specified torque setting provided by
the seat-post manufacturer. In addition, the clamping area should be at least 35 mm long.
NL – Het zadel mag nooit op de klemming helemaal naar achteren geschoven worden.
Door de hefboomwerking kan u daarmee de rails beschadigen. Let ook op de door de
zadelpenleverancier aangegeven torsie. De klemming moet minimaal 35 mm lan zijn.
US – Saddle shift / NL – Zadelterugstand:
US – SQlab saddles should be 1 to 2 cm more forward than conventional saddles.
It is important that the sit bones fit on the wide seat area.
A seatpost without setback is recommended.
NL – SQlab zadels moeten ca 1–2 cm verder naar voren geschoven worden als normale
zadels zodat de zitbotjes goed op het bredere gedeelte van het zadel komen te liggen.
Een niet-verstelbare zadelpen wordt aanbeloven.
