SAFETY INFORMATION
INTENDED USE
The citrus juicer Paula is designed for pressing citrus fruits. It must not be used for
processing other substances or objects.
Please read the operating instructions carefully before use and keep them for
future reference.
• Only use the citrus juicer for its
intended purpose in the household.
The Springlane GmbH is not liable
in case of improper use or if the
instructions for proper use are not
observed.
•
Make sure your power supply
matches the information on the
citrus juicer. If it does not, the war-
ranty may be invalidated.
• Do not use the citrus juicer for more
than 15 seconds at a stretch and 2
minutes in total to avoid overhea-
ting.
• Do not pull the power cord over
sharp edges, do not pinch it, do not
let it hang down and please protect it
from heat and oil.
• Do not place the device on hot
surfaces such as hotplates or near
open flames.
• Do not unplug the power cord by
pulling on the cable or with wet
hands.
• Do not use the citrus juicer when
the power cord or plug is damaged.
Have it replaced by a certified repair
service.
• If the power supply cord of this de-
vice is damaged, it must be replaced
by the manufacturer, its customer
service or a similarly qualified person
in order to avoid hazards.
• Do not submerse the device under
water. Electrical supply and plug
must be dry.
• In case of misuse, incorrect operati-
on or improper repair, no liability is
assumed for any damages. Likewise,
warranties are excluded in such
cases.
• The device may be used by persons
with reduced physical, sensory or
mental abilities or lack of experience
and/or knowledge when supervised
or instructed regarding the safe
use of the device and the resulting
dangers.
• Children must not play with the
device.
• Do not clean the citrus juicer with
aggressive or corrosive detergents,
