RESOLUCIÓN DE PROBLEMAS
Sigue estos pasos si el aparato no funciona correctamente:
1. Comprueba si se ha seguido correctamente el manual de instrucciones.
2. Comprueba si la tabla que aparece a continuación presenta alguna solución.
3. Comprueba que todos los fusibles estén intactos.
Problema Solución
La masa para el helado no
se congela.
Comprueba que el compresor esté en capacidad de
funcionar. Ponte en contacto con el servicio de atención
al cliente para la reparación.
El agitador se atasca debido
a la congelación.
La función de protección del motor se ha puesto en
marcha. Retira el recipiente, pasa el helado a otro
recipiente y deja reposar la máquina durante al menos
30 minutos.
La 2ª carga de helado se
congela de forma irregular
y se inicia la función de
protección del motor; el
agitador deja de girar.
Deja reposar la máquina durante al menos 30 minutos
antes de volver a llenarla con la siguiente carga.
El helado está demasia-
do duro cuando sale del
congelador.
Si tu helado ha pasado un largo rato en el congelador,
deberías dejarlo a temperatura ambiente o en el frigorí-
fico de 10 a 30 minutos.
El helado queda muy
líquido.
Si estás preparando sorbete o helado de frutas, debes
dejarlo congelar un poco más de tiempo. Pasa el helado
a un recipiente hermético adecuado y deja que termine
de prepararse en el congelador durante al menos 30
minutos.
Recuerda que la masa de helado a temperatura ambiente
puede tener una alta temperatura; nunca llenes la má-
quina con masa de helado caliente. Obtendrás resultados
óptimos a una temperatura de aprox. 6-8 °C.
