En outre, nous recommandons pour le ne oyage du Sous Vide Stick Henry de
le déta rer régulièrement – au moins une fois par mois, au plus tard quand un
enta rage apparaît dans le boîtier.
Procédez comme suit:
1. Posez l’appareil dans une casserole.
2. Remplissez la casserole d’eau jusqu’à la marque maximale de remplissage du
Sous Vide Stick Henry.
3. Branchez la prise et réglez l’appareil à 70°.
4. Ajoutez 5 g d’acide citrique (en poudre, de qualité alimentaire) par litre d’eau
utilisé.
5. Allumez l’appareil pendant environ 20 minutes.
6. Éteignez Henry, laissez-le refroidir et rincez la tige chauff ante à l’eau.
Éteindre l’appareil avant le ne oyage ou l’entretien et débrancher la
prise du secteur. A endre que l’appareil soit complètement refroidi.
L’appareil ne doit jamais être plongé complètement dans l’eau
