Anwendung
Das Akupressur Set ist vielseitig anwendbar. Am
effektivsten ist ein oberkörperfreier Gebrauch,
damit der Rücken besonders stark stimuliert wird.
Beginner sollten die Matte zum Eingewöhnen an
einer Sofa- oder Sessellehne befestigen und sich
mit dem Rücken vorsichtig anlehnen. Auf diese
Weise bekommen Sie im Sitzen ein Gefühl für die
Akupressurmatte, während Sie am Computer
arbeiten oder fernsehen.
Fortgeschrittene Anwender können damit
beginnen, die Akupressurmatte und das Kissen im
Liegen auf dem Sofa oder dem Bett zu nutzen,
beispielsweise beim Lesen, Meditieren oder
Fernsehen. Dadurch ist Ihr Rücken gepolstert und
Sie können sich an die Nutzung der Matte
gewöhnen, ohne zu starken Druck auf den Rücken
aufzubauen.
Profis können die Matte direkt auf dem Boden
