F. STOP:
1. Druk op de STOP knop om te stoppen met de training. De
trainingsgegevens zullen op het scherm worden weergegeven.
2. Wanneer u bezig bent met de cooling down, kunt u op de STOP
knop drukken om te stoppen ermee.
G. PAUSE/RESET:
1. PAUSE: Druk op de PAUSE/RESET knop en stop met bewegen;
de trainingsgegevens zullen bewaard blijven. Het woord PAUSE
zal weergegeven worden op scherm 1 & 2. De computer
bevindt zich nu in de stand-by modus. Om de training weer te
hervatten kunt u op de START knop drukken, of weer beginnen
met bewegen.
2. RESET: Druk de PAUSE/RESET knop in en houd deze 2
seconden ingedrukt. Alle gegevens zullen worden gewist en het
computerscherm zal weer naar het standaardscherm gaan.
3. HET WISSEN VAN EEN GEBRUIKER: Selecteer de USER
informatie en druk op de PAUSE/RESET knop om de gegevens
te wissen. Druk op de ▲▼ knoppen om dit te bevestigen.
H. START:
1. Druk op de START knop om de USER gegevens in te stellen.
2. In de PAUSE modus kunt u op de START knop drukken om uw
training te hervatten.
I. STRIDE (UP&DOWN): Gebruik de ▲▼ knoppen om de lengte
van de slagen aan te passen.
J. QUICK START: Druk op deze knop om te beginnen met trainen
zonder USER, AGE, WEIGHT en TIME ingesteld te hebben.
