Στο µέτρο που η ισχύουσα νοµοθεσία

ευθύνης, η Sony εξαιρεί ή περιορίζει την
ευθύνη της µνο στη µέγιστη έκταση που της
επιτρέπει η ισχύουσα νοµοθεσία. Για

εξαίρεση ή τον περιορισµ ζηµιών που
οφείλονται σε αµέλεια, σε βαριά αµέλεια, σε
εκ προθέσεως παράπτωµα, σε δλο και
παρµοιες πράξεις. Σε καµία περίπτωση, η
ευθύνη της Sony κατά την παρούσα εγγύηση,
δεν υπερβαίνει την τιµή που καταβλήθηκε για
την αγορά του προϊντος, ωστσο αν η
ισχύουσα νοµοθεσία επιτρέπει µνο
περιορισµούς ευθυνών υψηλτερου βαθµού,
θα ισχύουν οι τελευταίοι.

Ο καταναλωτής έχει έναντι της Sony τα
δικαιώµατα που απορρέουν απ την παρούσα
εγγύηση, σύµφωνα µε τους ρους που
περιέχονται σε αυτήν, χωρίς να
παραβλάπτονται τα δικαιώµατά του που
πηγάζουν απ την ισχύουσα εθνική νοµοθεσία
σχετικά µε την πώληση καταναλωτικών
προϊντων. Η παρούσα εγγύηση δεν θίγει τα
νµιµα δικαιώµατα που ενδεχοµένως να
έχετε, ούτε εκείνα που δεν µπορούν να
εξαιρεθούν ή να περιοριστούν, ούτε
δικαιώµατά σας εναντίον των προσώπων απ
τα οποία αγοράσατε το προϊν. Η διεκδίκηση
οποιωνδήποτε δικαιωµάτων σας εναπκειται
αποκλειστικά σε εσάς.
