25. GARANTIE
Zonder dat daardoor uw wettelijke rechten worden beperkt, geldt voor het indienen van
garantieclaims het volgende:
• Garantieclaims kunt u alleen binnen een periode van maximaaltweejaar
(één jaar in Noord-Amerika en Australië), gerekend vanaf de aankoopdatum, indienen.
• Binnen de garantieperiode verhelpt sonoro audio GmbH naar eigen inzicht middels
reparatie of vervanging van de MAESTRO kosteloos alle defecten die veroorzaakt zijn
door materiaal- of fabricagefouten.
• Neem voor klachten contact op met onze klantenservice. De contactgegevens vindt u
onder „Contactgegevens“ of onder www.sonoro.de.
• Met de reparatie of vervanging van de MAESTRO begint geen nieuwe
garantieperiode. Maatgevend blijft de garantietermijn van twee jaar
(één jaar in Noord-Amerika en Australië) vanaf de aankoopdatum.
• Van garantie uitgezonderd zijn batterijen, schade door onjuist gebruik, normale
slijtage en normaal gebruik alsmede defecten die slechts in onbeduidende mate
van invloed zijn op de waarde of de geschiktheid voor gebruik van de MAESTRO.
Bij ingrepen die niet door het door ons gemachtigde servicecentrum zijn uitgevoerd,
vervalt de garantie eveneens.
