7 Garanzia
Per quanto riguarda il diritto a usufruire interamente e senza alcu-
na limitazione della garanzia, sono valide le seguenti condizioni:
È possibile usufruire del diritto di garanzia entro 2 anni dalla
data dell'acquisto (1 anno per l'America Settentrionale e
l’Australia).
Entro il periodo di garanzia eliminiamo gratuitamente, a nostra
discrezione, tramite riparazione o sostituzione dell’apparec-
chio, tutti i difetti dovuti a vizi del materiale o di produzione.
In caso di reclami, rivolgersi al nostro Servizio Clienti. I dati di
contatto sono disponibili in “Contatti” a pagina 42 o su
www.sonoro.de.
Dopo la riparazione o la sostituzione dell’apparecchio non ini-
zia un nuovo periodo di garanzia. Il periodo di garanzia rimane
comunque ssato a 2 anni dalla data di acquisto (1 anno per
l’America Settentrionale e l’Australia).
Sono esclusi dalla garanzia le batterie, i danni derivati da un
utilizzo improprio dell’apparecchio, dalla normale usura e dal
funzionamento e i difetti che inuiscono in modo irrilevante sul
valore e sull'idoneità all’uso dell’apparecchio. Interventi non
effettuati dal nostro Servizio Clienti autorizzato fanno altresì
decadere il diritto alla garanzia.
