Als u informatie nodig hebt of als u een probleem hebt, bezoek dan de

Garantiebeperkingen
De volgende zaken vallen niet onder de voorwaarden van de internationale

Opzetborstels
Schade als gevolg van verkeerd gebruik, misbruik, verwaarlozing of
wijzigingen.
Gewone slijtage, inclusief kerfjes, krasjes, schuurplekken, verkleuring of
verbleking.

tijdens het gebruik van uw Sonicare. Als u er niet in slaagt het probleem op

Vraag Antwoord
Waarom werkt de
Sonicare-tandenborstel
niet?
Mogelijk moet de Sonicare worden opgeladen. Laad de Sonicare minimaal
24 uur op.
Zorg ervoor dat er stroom op het stopcontact staat wanneer u het
apparaat gaat opladen. Het is mogelijk dat de stroomtoevoer naar
stopcontacten in spiegelkastjes boven wastafels of naar stopcontacten
voor scheerapparaten in badkamers wordt afgesloten wanneer het licht in
de badkamer wordt uitgedaan.
Waarom werkt de
opzetborstel niet terwijl de
motor loopt?
Mogelijk moet de opzetborstel opnieuw op het apparaat worden
bevestigd of worden vervangen.
Waarom kietelt het
wanneer ik de Sonicare
gebruik?
De eerste paar keer dat u de Sonicare gebruikt, kunt u een licht kietelend
of prikkelend gevoel ervaren. Dit gevoel verdwijnt wanneer u aan de
Sonicare gewend bent geraakt.
Waarom rammelt de
opzetborstel wanneer ik de
Sonicare gebruik?
De Sonicare hoort licht te brommen tijdens gebruik. Om overmatig
rammelen te voorkomen draait u de schroefrand van de opzetborstel
verder aan. Als het rammelen dan nog niet is verholpen, moet de
opzetborstel mogelijk worden vervangen.
Zorg ervoor dat u het beschermkapje verwijdert voordat u het apparaat
inschakelt.
De borstel klappert tegen
mijn tanden. Wat moet ik
doen?
U kunt dit voorkomen door de borstel volgens de instructies vast te
houden, d.w.z. met de borstelharen schuin op de tandvleesrand geplaatst
onder een hoek van 45 graden.
