  • how do you change the battery on the sensor?
I can't get mine to slide. Do you have to pinch any area? It's not budging and I don't want to break it.

    • I'm not a tech, I'm an owner. It appears that indeed the cover is supposed to slide, but I couldn't slide it either. The manual says to pop it off with a small screw driver, but when I did that I broke all the clips that hold it on, so be careful about doing that. Since there was no reply to your question after 4 months, I can only assume they don't monitor this web page. Answered on 1-6-2022 at 18:48

    • On the Eolis 3D, the cover does slide off the base. On the cover there are symbols for an open and a closed padlock, with adjacent arrowheads showing the direction to slide to achieve opening or locking of the cover. Answered on 19-11-2022 at 18:38
