Manutenzione del filtro dell'aria
I filtri dell'aria sporchi provocano
una riduzione della portata. Con conseguente
aumento di consumo di carburante ed emissione
di sostanze nocive nei gas di scarico. Inoltre
rendono difficoltoso l'avviamento.
Di regola, per questo motivo, prima di iniziare il
lavoro e nel caso di molta polvere è necessario
pulire di tanto in tanto il filtro dell’aria:
Prima di aprire il filtro dell’aria chiudere la farfalla
dello starter
, in questo modo si impedisce la
penetrazione di sporco nel carburatore.
Inserire premendo al linguetta (a), sollevare
leggermente il coperchio del filtro dell’aria (11)
ed estrarr e praticando un leggero movimento
di avvitamento avanti e indietro.
Estrarre il filtro spugna (c) dal coperchio del
filtro. Pulire la zona filtro.
Pulire bene con un pennello o soffiando con
attenzione l’interno della scatola del filtro (2) e il
coperchio del filtro (11).
Pulire battendo o soffiando con attenzione il
gruppo filtro (c).
Se il gruppo filtro è danneggiato oppure talmente
sporco da non poter essere pulito, è necessario
sostituirlo con il ricambio originale (nr. ordinazione
25 00 816).
Inserire il filtro nuovo o pulito nel coperchio del
filtro..
Inserire le due sporgenze (b) [interna, verso la
linguetta (a)] nei due incavi corrispondenti (b’)
della scatola del filtro.
Premere il coperchio del filtro dell’aria sulla
scatola del filtro fino a quando la linguetta (a)
non si inserisce con un clic udibile.
Sostituzione del filtro carburante
Si consiglia di far sostituire il filtro del carburante
(34) annualmente da un’officina specializzata.

Il filtro del carburante può essere estratto con
molta attenzione da un operaio specializzato con
l’ausilio di un filo con cappio attarverso l’apertura
del serbatoio. È necessario fare attenzione che la
guarnizione del tubicino del carburante non caschi
all’interno del serbatoio.
