Fehler Mögliche Ursache(n) Behebung
Der Netzschalter schaltet das Gerät – keine Spannung am Gerät – Stecker-Anschluss und Sicherung überprüfen
nicht ein (Keine Displayanzeige) – Servicetüre offen – Servicetüre ist nicht richtig geschlossen – überprüfen
Automatische Kaffeezubereitung Im LCD-Display erscheint eine Fehlermeldung.
startet nicht Sehen Sie zuerst unter «Anzeigen-Erläuterung»
Seite 3 nach bzw. beachten Sie:
– Gerät aus- und wieder einschalten
und Servicetüre schliessen
– Mahlwerk reinigen (Punkt 7.1) oder Gerät
in Kundendienst bringen
– Taste «Dampf» ist eingeschaltet – Dampf ausschalten und entlüften gem. Punkt .3.5.
Kein Heisswasser/Dampf – Dampfdüse verstopft – Mit dünner Nadel Öffnung durchstossen
Kaffee hat keinen Schaum – ungeeignete Kaffeemischung – Kaffeesorte wechseln
oder Kaffee ist nicht mehr frisch
– Tassen zu kalt – vorwärmen
– Kaffee ist zu grob oder zu fein gemahlen – Mahlgrad ändern
Die Brüheinheit kann nicht – Brüheinheit ist nicht in Grundstellung – Gerät einschalten, Servicetüre schliessen,
entnommen werden die Brüheinheit geht jetzt selbständig in Grundstellung
Die Aufheizzeit verlängert – Gerät ist verkalkt – Entsprechend entkalken gem. Punkt 10.0
sich bzw. die Wasserdurch-
laufmenge stimmt nicht
Bevor Sie das Gerät zur Reparatur bringen, lesen Sie bitte aufmerksam die folgen-
den Punkte durch. Vielfach löst sich damit das Problem und Sie ersparen sich
Ärger und Umtriebe.
11.0 Störungen, Ursachen und deren Behebung
Reparaturen am Gerät dürfen nur durch den Solis Kundendienst oder durch von
Solis autorisierte Fachleute durchgeführt werden. Bei nicht fachgerechten Repara-
turen können erhebliche Gefahren für den Benutzer enstehen und es kann keine
Haftung hierfür für evtl. Schäden übernommen werden. In diesem Fall
erlischt auch jeglicher Garantieanspruch.
