Haben Sie sehr kalkhaltiges Wasser,
dann verwenden Sie mit Vorteil einen
Wasserfilter z. B. den AQUA-SELECT
von SOLIS.
Möchten Sie ein möglichst gleichblei-
bendes Kaffeeresultat ohne ständiges
Reinigen und Ausklopfen des Siebhal-
ters, dann benützen Sie mit Vorteil die
praktischen SOLIS Portionen. Prak-
tisch, sauber und jederzeit gebrauchs-
fertig.
13.0 Tips und Wissenswertes zum Kaffee
13.1 Optimale Bedingungen für einen guten Kaffee
Ein gutes Kaffeeresultat hängt nicht allein vom Gerät ab,
sondern ist abhängig vom Wasser, der Kaffeesorte, Mahlung,
Temperatur usw.
Beachten Sie insbesonders die folgenden Tips:
Verwenden Sie stets frischen Kaffee und dunklere Röstungen, zum
Beispiel die Kaffeemischungen von SOLIS, welche speziell für
Espressomaschinen geeignet sind.
Frischer Kaffee wird am besten kühl aufbewahrt, er lässt sich auch
tieffrieren und kann direkt im gekühlten Zustand verwendet werden.
Lassen Sie Bohnenkaffee im Geschäft immer auf Stufe Espresso
mahlen; befriedigt Sie das Resultat nicht, dann beachten Sie
Punkt 12.4.
