NOTES:
• These scales turn off automatically after ten seconds without use.
• If you do not wait for a few seconds before standing on the scales an error will
occur. If this happens, get off the scales, wait for them to turn off and start again
at point three.
• If you weigh over the maximum limit (150 kg), the display shows the error mes-
sage ‘Err’.
• To select the weight measurement unit desired (Kg./ Gr./St.), open the bat-
tery compartment cover. Move the switch to the desired value.
• If after 10 seconds on the scales the value does not stabilise, the scales will turn
off automatically. Remain still on the scales and ensure that your body is not in
contact with the wall, furniture or something else.
MAINTENANCE:
• To avoid damage, ensure that the scales do not come into contact with cosmetics
or bathroom liquids.
• To clean them, use a damp cloth and a gentle detergent. Dry the appliance care-
fully, since moisture could affect the internal parts of the scales. Do not use abrasive
cleaning agents as they may damage the display.
In the event of detecting a problem
– Ensure that the batteries are placed correctly
– Ensure that the correct weight measurement has been selected
– Ensure that the scales is on a flat surface and that it does not touch the wall
– Ensure that no one has stood on the scales before the display shows the “0.0”
value
Low battery indicator
• When the display shows the “Lo” indication or the screen does not light up,
the batteries have gone flat. Please replace the batteries.
CAUTION!: When you want to dispose of the appliance, NEVER throw
it in the rubbish bin. Take it to your nearest RECYCLING POINT or the
waste collection centre closest to your home for processing. You will
thus be helping to take care of the environment.
