Enchufe el cable de la fuente de alimentación en la parte posterior de la
plataforma para suministrar corriente a la báscula.
■Pesar
Súbase simplemente a la báscula (no es necesario conectar ni pulsar
ninguna tecla).
■Medición de altura con indicación de IMC
Despliegue con cuidado el medidor de altura y deslícelo hacia arriba.
Seguidamente, coloque el cabezal sobre la cabeza del paciente.
En el display se muestra la altura en cm y, a continuación y de forma
automática, el índice de masa corporal (IMC).
■Tarar
La báscula puede tararse con la tecla de función situada en la parte pos-
terior del display. Pulse la tecla. En el display aparece «0,0 kg» y la bás-
cula está lista para pesar.
■Función «madre/bebe»
Un adulto se sube a la báscula.
> En el display aparece, p. ej., «47,6 kg»
•Pulse la tecla de función.
> El display cambia a «0,0 kg»
•El adulto puede bajar de la báscula…
> En el display aparece «–47,6 kg»
•… y colocarse de nuevo sobre la báscula con el bebe en brazos.
> De esta forma se obtiene el peso del bebe, p. ej. «5,1 kg»
Cuando ambos bajan de nuevo de la báscula, en el display aparece en
este caso «–47,6 kg». Puede ajustar nuevamente la báscula a «0,0 kg»
pulsando la tecla de función.
La báscula no cambia automáticamente a «0,0 kg» con el fin de poder
efectuar varias taras consecutivas.
■Desconectar
La báscula se desconecta automáticamente cuando el display permanece
durante aprox. 15 segundos en «0,0 kg».
■Cambio de unidades
La unidad ajustada de forma estándar es kg.
Si desea cambiar la báscula a otra unidad,
proceda de la siguiente forma:
• Desenchufe el conector de red.
• Pulse la tecla de función, manténgala pulsada y, al mismo tiempo,
enchufe el conector de red.
• El display cambia a lb.
Para ajustar las unidades de nuevo a kg, repita el proceso descrito ante-
riormente.
