Gebruikstips
De ideale frituurtemperatuur ligt tussen 160° en 185°C. Boven die
temperatuur gaat de kwaliteit van de olie er snel op achteruit.
Wanneer u te lage temperatuur gebruikt, zal het voedsel niet
dichtgeschroeid zijn en doordronken zijn met vet.
Vanzelfsprekend moeten grotere stukken langer bakken. U moet de
temperatuur zo kiezen dat het voedsel van binnen goed gebakken is en
tergelijkertijd niet verbrand is van buiten.
De door u gekozen temperatuur is bereikt, wanneer het groene lampje
uitgaat
.
Stand van de knop volgens het soort te bakken voedingsmiddel.
De opgegeven stands kunnen worden aangepast in functie van de
hoeveelheid te frituren voedingsmiddelen en de eigen smaak.
