De stof trekt
Mogelijke oorzaak: De draadspanningen zijn te strak ingesteld.
Oplossing: Verlaag de draadspanningen (pagina 11).
Mogelijke oorzaak: De draad rolt niet soepel van het garenklosje af.
Oplossing: Controleer het garenklosje om te zien of de draad niet vast blijft zitten.
Mogelijke oorzaak: Het gebruik van garen van een slechte kwaliteit of met ongelijke vezels.
Oplossing: Gebruik garen van een goede kwaliteit met soepele, gelijkmatige vezels.
Mogelijke oorzaak: De steeklengte is te kort ingesteld.
Oplossing: Pas de steeklengte aan op een langere instelling (pagina 14).
Mogelijke oorzaak: Het differentieel transport staat niet in de juiste positie voor de genaaide stof.
Oplossing: Pas het differentieel transport aan (pagina 12).
De stof wordt onregelmatig afgesneden
Mogelijke oorzaak: Het boven- en ondermes staan niet in de juiste positie.
Oplossing: Controleer of de messen goed zijn uitgelijnd (pagina 24).
Mogelijke oorzaak: Het mes/de messen zijn beschadigd of versleten.
Oplossing: Vervang één of beide messen (pagina 23—pagina 24).
De stof loopt vast
