10. Keep fingers away from all moving parts. Special care is required around the sewing
machine needle.
11. Always use the proper needle plate. The wrong plate can cause the needle to break.
12. Do not use bent needles.
13. Do not pull or push fabric while stitching. It may deflect the needle causing it to break.
14. Switch the sewing machine off when making any adjustments in the needle area, such
as threading needle, changing needle, threading bobbin, or changing presser foot.
15. Always unplug sewing machine from the electrical outlet when removing covers,
lubricating, or when making any other user servicing adjustments mentioned in the
instruction manual.
16. Handle the foot controller with care and avoid dropping it on the floor. Be sure not to
place anything on top of it.
17. Use only the handle to lift and move the machine.
18. Do not expose the machine or machine plastic case to sunlight directly. Also, do not
keep it in a very warm or damp place.

Maniez avec précaution le rhéostat et éviter de le laisser tomber à terre. Toujours s’assurer de ne rien poser dessus.
17. Ne soulevez et ne déplacez la machine qu’à l’aide de la poignée.
18. N’exposez pas la machine directement à la lumière du jour. Ne l’entreposez pas non
plus dans une pièce trop chaude ou trop humide.
