Kokoswaff eln
Für ca. 8 Stück
40 g Kokosraspeln
150 g weiche Butter
180 g Zucker
3 Eier
250 g Mehl
5 g Backpulver
150 ml Milch
1 g Citro-Back
Das Waff eleisen zuklappen und aufheizen.
Die Butter mit dem Zucker und den Eiern schau-
mig schlagen. Dann das Citro-Back, das Mehl,
das Backpulver, die Kokosraspeln und die Milch
unterrühren.
Jeweils etwa 3 EL Teig in die Mitte der unteren
Backfl äche geben und das Waff eleisen schließen.
Jede Waff el etwa 3 Min. goldbraun backen.
Die anschließend fertigen Waff eln auf ein Kuchen-
gitter legen.
Bananenwaff eln
Für ca. 8 Stück
150 g weiche Butter
100 g Zucker
3 Eier
2 Bananen
150 g Mehl
5 g Backpulver
Das Waff eleisen zuklappen und aufheizen.
Bananen schälen und in kleine Stücke schneiden.
Die Butter mit dem Zucker und den Eiern schaumig
schlagen. Dann die Banane, das Mehl und das
Backpulver untermischen.
Jeweils etwa 3 EL Teig in die Mitte der unteren
Backfl äche geben und das Waff eleisen schließen.
Jede Waff el etwa 3 Min. goldbraun backen.
Die anschließend fertigen Waff eln auf ein Kuchen-
gitter legen.
Käsewaff eln
Für ca. 8 Stück
80 g weiche Butter
200 g saure Sahne
250 g Mehl
100 g geriebener Parmesan
200 ml Milch
1 Prise Salz
Das Waff eleisen zuklappen und aufheizen.
Die Butter, die saure Sahne, das Mehl, den Parme-
san, die Milch und etwas Salz zu einem glatten
Teig verkneten.
Jeweils etwa 3 EL Teig in die Mitte der unteren
Backfl äche geben und das Waff eleisen schließen.
Jede Waff el etwa 3 Min. goldbraun backen.
Die anschließend fertigen Waff eln auf ein Kuchen-
gitter legen.
