Hambúrgueres
Preparação
1) Molde cerca de 125 g carne picada de carne de vaca num hambúrguer
(diâmetro de aprox. 75 mm, altura de aprox. 35 mm).
2) Distribua os hambúrgueres uniformemente no prato rotativo .
3) Obtém o melhor resultado se utilizar alternadamente ar quente e a função
de micro-ondas. Aguarde sempre até que o respetivo processo de cozedura
ajustado tenha terminado e ajuste o processo seguinte:
1. Ar quente 200 °C, 4:00 min.
2. Micro-ondas potência de 900 W, 5:30 min.
3. Ar quente 200 °C, 2:00 min. (consoante o gosto individual, também é
possível ajustar um tempo até 4:00 min.).
Tostar pãezinhos congelados pré-cozinhados
1) Para tostar pãezinhos, selecione a função de ar quente.
2) Coloque 3 - 4 pãezinhos no prato rotativo .
Não é necessário um preaquecimento do micro-ondas. Selecione o seguinte
ajuste para o processo de cozedura:
■ Ar quente 170 °C, duração: 12 minutos
Se pretender tostar mais pãezinhos de seguida, reduza o tempo cerca de 1 -
2 minutos, uma vez que o aparelho já está preaquecido.
Gratinado de batata
Ingredientes
▯ 750 g de batatas para cozer, descascadas
▯ 300 g de natas
▯ 100 g de queijo ralado com um teor de gordura entre 25% e 30% em
matéria seca
▯ Especiarias a gosto (p. ex. sal/pimenta)
Utilize loiça adequada para micro-ondas, redonda com tampa, com uma altura
entre 5 e 6 cm, e um diâmetro de cerca de 22 cm.
