INTERFERÊNCIA COM OUTROS APARELHOS
► O funcionamento do micro-ondas pode causar interferências
no seu rádio, televisor ou aparelhos similares.
Se ocorrerem tais interferências, reduza-as ou elimine-as
totalmente com a ajuda das seguintes medidas:
–Limpar a porta e a superfície de vedação do micro-ondas.
–Orientar novamente a antena de receção do rádio
ou do televisor.
–Colocar o micro-ondas num local diferente do local
onde se encontra o recetor.
–Afaste o micro-ondas do recetor.
–Ligue o micro-ondas a outra tomada. O micro-ondas
e o recetor devem recorrer a diferentes derivações do
circuito elétrico.
Antes de começar
Princípios básicos ao cozinhar no micro-ondas
■ Disponha os alimentos de forma ponderada.
■ As zonas mais grossas devem ser colocadas próximo das margens.
■ Tenha atenção ao tempo de cozedura. Selecione o menor tempo de coze-
dura e prolongue-o se necessário. Alimentos demasiado cozinhados podem
começar a fumegar ou incendiar-se.
■ Tape os alimentos, durante o processo de cozedura, com uma tampa pró-
pria para o micro-ondas. A tampa evita os salpicos e contribui, além disso,
para uma cozedura uniforme dos alimentos.
■ Vire uma vez os alimentos durante a preparação no micro-ondas, para que
os alimentos, como frango ou hambúrguer, cozinhem mais rapidamente.
■ Peças grandes, como por exemplo, assados, têm de ser viradas pelo menos
uma vez.
■ Reorganize as peças, como por exemplo, almôndegas, após metade do
tempo de cozedura. Vire e desloque as almôndegas do centro do prato
para a margem.
