Rôti de viande hachée
Ingrédients
500 g de viande hachée (moitié/moitié)
1/2 oignon
1 œuf
1/2 petit pain
Poivre, sel et poudre de piment
pour la sauce :
75 ml d'eau
1 cs de moutarde
2 cs de ketchup
2 cs de jus de viande
Muscade, persil, piment en poudre
évtl. un peu de liant pour sauce
Préparation
1) Faites ramollir le petit pain dans un peu d'eau.
2) Coupez les oignons en petits dés.
3) Mélangez la viande hachée, les dés d'oignons, l'œuf, le petit pain ramolli
pour former une boule de viande hachée, salez et poivrez.
4) Formez un rôti de viande hachée et mettez-le dans un plat allant au micro-
ondes, saupoudrez le rôti de piment en poudre et couvrez-le.
5) Faites cuire le rôti de viande hachée pendant env. 18 – 22 minutes à
700 watts.
6) Une fois la cuisson terminée, prélevez 2 cuillères à soupe de jus de cuisson
et mélangez-les à l'eau, au ketchup et à la moutarde pour obtenir une sauce
de cuisson.
7) Versez la sauce sur le rôti de viande hachée et faites cuire à couvercle
ouvert en combinaison Gril 1 (C 1) pendant 10 minutes environ.
8) Si nécessaire, liez la sauce du rôti avec un peu de liant pour sauce.
REMARQUE
En fonction de la forme du rôti de viande hachée, le temps de cuisson peut
varier.
