Aardappelgratin
Ingrediënten
• 750 g vastkokende geschilde aardappelen
• 300 g room
• 100 g geraspte kaas met een vetgehalte van
25% tot 30%.
• Kruiden naar smaak (bijv. zout/peper)
Gebruik een voor de magnetron geschikte ronde
schaal met deksel, met een hoogte van 5 tot 6 cm
en een diameter van ca. 22 cm.
Bereiding
• Snijd de aardappels in ca. 3 – 4 mm dikke
schijfjes.
• Leg ongeveer de helft van de aardappels
dakpansgewijs in de ovenschaal
• Bestrooi de aardappels met ca. de helft van de
kaas.
• Voeg de helft van de kruiden toe, en ca. 150 g
room.
• Leg de rest van de aardappelschijfjes eveneens
dakpansgewijs eroverheen.
• Verdeel de rest van de kaas over de aardappels
en giet de rest van de room eroverheen.
• Strooi de rest van de kruiden over de gratin.
• Dek de ovenschaal af met de deksel en plaats
hem midden op het draaiplateau 3.
Bereiding
Het beste resultaat bereikt u wanneer u afwisselend
de hetelucht- en de magnetronfunctie gebruikt.
Wacht steeds tot het ingestelde garingsproces is
afgelopen en stel dan het volgende proces in.
1. Magnetron 900 W vermogen, 10:00 min.
2. Hetelucht 200 °C, 13:00 min.
3. Magnetron 900 W vermogen, 10:00 min.
Voorverwarmen is niet nodig.
Muffins
Ingrediënten
Dit recept is goed voor ca. 10 tot 20 muffins.
• Bakmargarine (vetgehalte 80%) of gezouten
roomboter
• 170 g kristalsuiker (max. korrelgrootte 0,3 mm)
• 3 eieren (55 - 60 g, grootte M)
• 225 g tarwemeel
• 7 g bakpoeder
• 0,25 g zout
Bereiding
• Meng alle ingrediënten goed door elkaar.
• Doe het muffindeeg in papieren bakvormpjes
die in de winkel te koop zijn (diameter ca.
45 mm, hoogte ca. 28 mm)
• Verwarm de magnetron met de heteluchtfunctie
voor op 170°C.
Opmerking:
Als er meerder bakbeurten nodig zijn (dit hangt
af van het aantal muffins), is voorverwarmen
maar één keer nodig.
• Verdeel muffins gelijkmatig over het draaipla-
teau 3.
• Kies de volgende instelling voor het bakproces:
Hete lucht 170°C, duur: 12 minuten
