■ 90 g Mangofl eisch
■ 90 ml/90 g Vollmilch
■ 50 ml/50 g Sahne
■ 25 g Puderzucker
Zubereitung
1) Pürieren Sie das Mangofl eisch.
2) Schlagen Sie die Sahne, so dass diese etwas
fest wird.
3) Vermischen Sie das pürierte Mangofl eisch mit
der Sahne, der Milch und dem Puderzucker.
4) Lassen Sie die Eismasse im Kühlschrank auf ca.
5 - 10 °C abkühlen
Sie können nun die Eismasse, wie in der Anleitung
beschrieben, zu Eis verarbeiten.
Nussmilcheis
Zutaten
■ 40 g Nüsse
■ 80 ml/80 g Vollmilch
■ 60 ml/60 g Sahne
■ 50 g Pudezucker
Zubereitung
1) Hacken Sie die Nüsse klein.
2) Schlagen Sie die Sahne, so dass diese etwas
fest wird.
3) Vermischen Sie die Milch, die Sahne und den
Puderzucker.
4) Lassen Sie die Eismasse im Kühlschrank auf ca.
5 - 10 °C abkühlen.
5) Geben Sie nach dem Abkühlen die Eismasse
in das Gerät wie im Kapitel „Eis herstellen“
beschrieben.
6) Warten Sie ca. 5 Minuten ab und geben Sie
dann, ohne das Gerät auszuschalten, die
gehackten Nüsse nach und nach in das Gerät.
7) Warten Sie, bis das Eis fertig zubereitet ist.
