22.3. Onvang van de garantie
Het apparaat is volgens strenge kwaliteitsrichtlijnen zorgvuldig geprodu-
ceerd en voor aflevering nauwgezet gecontroleerd.
De garantie geldt voor materiaal- of productiefouten. Deze garantie dekt
geen productonderdelen die onderhevig zijn aan normale slijtage en daar-
om als slijtageonderdelen kunnen worden beschouwd of voor beschadigin-
gen aan breekbare onderdelen, bv. schakelaars, accu’s of glazen onderde-
len.
Deze garantie vervalt wanneer het product beschadigd, onjuist gebruikt of
gerepareerd is. Voor een correct gebruik van het product moeten alle in de
gebruiksaanwijzing vermelde instructies nauwkeurig worden nagekomen.
Gebruik en handelingen die in de gebruiksaanwijzing worden afgeraden
of waarvoor wordt gewaarschuwd, moeten absoluut worden vermeden.
Het product is uitsluitend bedoeld voor particulier gebruik en is niet geschikt
voor zakelijke toepassingen. Bij misbruik of onjuiste omgang, gebruik van
geweld en bij ingrepen die niet door ons erkende onderhoudscentrum zijn
uitgevoerd, kom de garantie te vervalen.
22.4. Afhandeling onder garantie
Om een snelle verwerking van uw verzoek te kunnen garanderen, dient u
de volgende aanwijzingen op te volgen:
• Houd voor alle aanvragen de kassabon en het artikelnummer (bv. IAN 12345)
als bewijs voor de aankoop gereed.
• De artikelnummers vindt u op het typeplaatje, gegraveerd op het product, op
het titelblad van uw handleiding (linksonder) of als sticker op de achter- of on-
derzijde.
• Wanneer storingen in de werking of andere gebreken optreden, neemt u eerst
telefonisch of via ons contactformulier contact op met de hieronder vermelde
onderhoudsafdeling.
