Sleep Function
With the sleep function, the radio swit-
ches itself off after the programmed
time. You can choose between 90 - 60 -
30 - 10 Minutes and OFF.
1. Press the button SLEEP
t
repeatedly,
until the desired time is programmed.
2. Wait 2 seconds, then the display
shows „SLEEP Confirmed.“ and the
programmed time.
3. To deactivate a pre-programmed
SLEEP time, press the button SLEEP
t
repeatedly, until the station name
appears in the display
r
.
Note: Once the SLEEP time has been
programmed this can no longer be
amended. You must once again
reprogramme the SLEEP time.
Return to Factory Settings
Should you be in other countries or
districts, it may perhaps be necessary to
return the radio to the factory settings
in order to save the new stations.
1. Remove the mains plug or the batte-
ries.
2. Hold the button SELECT
i
pressed,
while you reinsert the mains plug or
the batteries.
3. Hold the button SELECT
i
pressed,
until „System reset“ appears on the
display.
4. The DAB commences the station
search.
You can now use the DAB radio as
described.
Note: When you have returned the
DAB radio to the factory settings,
ALL previous programmings are
erased.
Cleaning
ƽ Danger of electric shock
Always remove the mains plug from
the socket before you clean the
appliance. You must never immerse
the appliance in water when cleaning
or hold it under running water.
Clean the appliance externally with
a lightly moistened cloth. Do not use
aggressive cleaning agents.
Disposal
Do not dispose of the appliance
in your normal domestic waste.
Dispose of the appliance through an
approved disposal centre or at your com-
munity waste facility. Observe the cur-
rently applicable regulations. In case of
doubt, please contact your waste dispo-
sal centre.
Disposing of batteries!
Do not dispose of the batteries with
household waste. Each consumer is
legally obliged to dispose of batteries
or rechargeable batteries at a collecting
point in his town / district or at a retail
company. This obligation is intended to
ensure that batteries are disposed of in
an environmentally safe fashion.
Return batteries only in a depleted con-
dition.
