Si el fallo está cubierto por nuestra garantía, recibirá de vuelta el producto reparado o
uno nuevo. Con la reparación o la sustitución del producto no empieza un nuevo periodo
de garantía.
15.2. Periodo de garantía y reclamaciones por defectos
El periodo de garantía no se prolongará por la prestación de garantía. Esto también es
válido para las piezas reparadas o sustituidas. Los daños y defectos que pudieran existir
ya en el momento de la compra deberán ser notificados inmediatamente después de ha-
ber desenvuelto el aparato. Una vez expirado el periodo de garantía las reparaciones no
son gratuitas.
15.3. Alcance de la garantía
El aparato ha sido fabricado con esmero cumpliendo las más estrictas normas de calidad
y ha sido controlado detenidamente antes de su expedición.
El servicio de garantía cubre los daños de material y de fabricación. Esta garantía no es
aplicable a las partes del producto que están expuestas al desgaste normal, y por ello se
pueden considerar piezas de desgaste, ni a daños en piezas frágiles, como interruptores,
pilas o piezas de vidrio.
La garantía se extingue en caso de daños originados por influencias externas o de un
uso o mantenimiento inadecuados. Para el uso adecuado del producto hay que tener en
cuenta exactamente todas las indicaciones especificadas en el manual de instrucciones.
Hay que evitar en todo caso aquellos usos y acciones que se recomienda evitar en el ma-
nual de instrucciones.
El producto se ha diseñado exclusivamente para su uso particular y no es apto para fines
comerciales. La garantía perderá su validez en caso de una utilización abusiva o inapro-
piada, en caso de haber empleado la fuerza o en reparaciones que no hayan sido efec-
tuadas por nuestro taller autorizado.
15.4. Pasos a seguir en caso de garantía
Para asegurar una solución rápida de su caso, rogamos siga las siguientes instrucciones:
• Para cualquier tipo de consulta, tenga a mano el recibo de compra y el número de ar-
tículo (p. ej., IAN 12345) como comprobante de compra.
• Encontrará el número de artículo en la placa de características, un grabado, en el títu-
lo del manual de instrucciones (en la esquina inferior izquierda) o en una pegatina en
la parte posterior o inferior.
• En caso de fallos de funcionamiento u otros daños, rogamos que contacte primero con
el servicio de atención al cliente indicado a continuación por teléfono o a través de
nuestro formulario de contacto.
