• Make sure that the power cord cannot be damaged by sharp
edges or hot spots.
• Make sure that the mains cable does not get damp or wet while
in use. Make sure it cannot get crushed or squashed.
• When disconnecting the mains plug from the mains socket,
always pull on the mains plug and never on the mains cable.
• If you notice visible damage to the microwave or the mains
cable, switch the appliance off immediately, disconnect the mains
plug from the mains socket and contact our hotline (see
"Warranty and service information" section).
• If you are not using the appliance, in the event of a fault or if you
wish to clean it, disconnect the mains plug from the mains socket
to ensure it is completely without power.
• Never pour liquid into the ventilation holes or safety door locks. If
liquid does get into them, disconnect the mains plug immediately
and do not continue to use the appliance. Contact customer
services (see “Warranty and service information” chapter).
Never immerse the appliance or the connection cable in
water or other liquids.

• The microwave is not designed to be operated with an external
timer or separate remote control system. Do not leave the
microwave unattended when it is switched on. Risk of fire!
• Do not operate the microwave near appliances which emit heat
themselves, e.g. oven or hob.
• The microwave must only be used free-standing.
• The microwave must not be fitted into a cupboard.
