Vaflovač zaklopte a predhrejte.
Banány ošúpte a rozrežte na malé kusy.
Maslo s cukrom a vajcami vyšľahajte do peny.
Potom vmiešajte banány, múku a prášok do pečiva.
Vždy približne 3 polievkové lyžice cesta vložte do
stredu spodnej plochy na pečenie a vaflovač zatvorte.
Každú vaflu pečte do zlatohneda približne 3 min.
Následne hotové vafle uložte na kuchynskú mriežku.
Syrové vafle
Na približne 8 kusov
80 g masla
200 g kyslej smotany
250 g múky
100 g strúhaného parmezánu
200 ml mlieka
1 štipka soli
Vaflovač zaklopte a predhrejte.
Na hladké cesto rozmiešajte maslo, kyslú smotanu,
múku, parmezán, mlieko a trocha soli.
Vždy približne 3 polievkové lyžice cesta vložte do
stredu spodnej plochy na pečenie a vaflovač
zatvorte. Každú vaflu pečte do zlatohneda pri-
bližne 3 min.
Následne hotové vafle uložte na kuchynskú
mriežku.
Paradajkové vafle
Na približne 8 kusov
5 vajcia
100 g mäkkého masla
1 ČL soli
8 PL cmaru
150 g múky
100 g sušených, v oleji naložených paradajok
3 vetvičky bazalky
Vaflovač zaklopte a predhrejte.
Najprv oddeľte bielka od žĺtkov Potom z bielok
vyšľahajte tuhý sneh. Žĺtka s maslom a soľou
vymiešajte do peny. Primiešajte cmar a múku.
Paradajky nechajte odkvapkať a narežte na
drobno. Bazalku umyte a vytrepte dosucha. Lístky
ľahkými dotykmi osušte a pokrájajte nadrobno.
Paradajky a bazalku vmiešajte do cesta, potom
zamiešajte sneh z bielkov. Cesto z času na čas
zamiešajte, aby sa kusy paradajok rovnomerne
rozdelili.
Vždy približne 3 polievkové lyžice cesta vložte do
stredu spodnej plochy na pečenie a vaflovač
zatvorte. Každú vaflu pečte do zlatohneda pri-
bližne 4 min.
Následne hotové vafle uložte na kuchynskú
mriežku.
Zemiakové vafle
Na približne 8 kusov
1 kg uvarených múčnatých zemiaky
4 vajcia
100 g škrobu
100 g múky
8 PL ovsených vločiek
4 ČL soli
1 vetvičku rozmarínu
Zemiaky ošúpte, umyte a na jemno postrúhajte.
Vaflovač zaklopte a predhrejte.
Zemiaky s vajcami, ovsenými vločkami a trochou
soli rozmiešajte v miske. Vmiešajte múku a škrob.
Ihličky rozmarínu ošklbte od vetvičky, porežte na
drobno a vmiešajte do zemiakov.
Vždy približne 5 polievkových lyžíc cesta vložte do
stredu spodnej plochy na pečenie, cesto lyžicou
rozdeľte do strán.
Vaflovač zatvorte. Každú vaflu pečte do zlato-
hneda približne 5 min. Následne hotové vafle
uložte na kuchynskú mriežku.
