Krevetové špízy s citrónovo-ces-
nakovou marinádou
Chvosty veľch kreviet (mrazené,
cca450 g čistej váhy)
•Soľ, korenie
•Olivový olej
1 chemicky neošetrovaný bio-citrón
•4 strúčiky cesnaku
2 vetvičky citrónového tymiánu
•Drevené špízy
Marinovanie
1. Chvosty kreviet nechajte rozmraziť,
opláchnite ich studenou vodou a
nechajte odkvapkať, osoľte a okoreňte.
2. V dobre uzatvárateľnej nádobe urobte
marinádu z olivového oleja, jemne
nakrájaného citróna, jemne nakrája-
ných strúčikov cesnaku a citrónového
tymiánu.
3. Chvosty kreviet uložte do marinády a
cca 12 hodín ich nechajte marinovať v
chladničke.
Grilovanie
4. Chvosty kreviet vyberte z marinády,
nechajte ich krátko odkvapkať a napich-
nite ich na drevené špízy. Okoreňte
podľa chuti.
5. Kontaktný gril predhrejte na stupeň 4.
6. Jedlo grilujte zo všetkých strán na otvo-
renom kontaktnom grile.
- Usporiadanie grilovacích platní: Bar-
becue
-Čas grilovania: cca 5 - 8 minút
Pražma v alobale
•Soľ, korenie
2 vetvičky tymiánu
•1 strúčik cesnaku
•Olivový olej
1 pražma
1 plátok citróna
1 malá cibuľa (jemné plátky)
2 paradajky (plátky)
Pevný alobal
1. Soľ, korenie, tymiánové lístky a na
jemno nasekané cesnakové strúčiky
zmiešajte s trochou oleja.
2. Pražmu umyte zvnútra aj zvonku, osušte
ju a na oboch stranách ju dvakrát
narežte.
3. Pražmu zvnútra aj zvonku dôkladne
potrite zmesou korenín.
4. Pláto citróna vložte do brušnej dutiny.
5. Alobal potrite olivovým olejom, roz-
miestnite po ňom plátky cibule a na ne
položte pražmu.
6. Alobal okolo pražmy tesne uzatvorte.
7. Kontaktný gril predhrejte na stupeň 4.
8. Alobalový balík opatrne položte na
spodnú grilovaciu platňu.
- Usporiadanie grilovacích platní: Kon-
taktný gril
-Čas grilovania: cca 14 - 20 minút
